1. Acceptable use
You may read this site, share it, quote it, and link to it. You may not use it for any purpose that is unlawful, that misrepresents NamiDB or Fonles Studios, or that interferes with other people's use of it.
2. The waitlist
Submitting an email to the waitlist creates no contractual obligation on either side. We commit to the promises in the privacy policy. You can leave the list at any time.
3. Intellectual property
The NamiDB name, the wordmark, and the visual marks on this site belong to Fonles Studios, Corp. You may quote and screenshot the site for editorial purposes; you may not present the marks as your own.
The NamiDB engine is source-available — see the repository for the Business Source License 1.1, its Additional Use Grant, the three-year conversion to Apache 2.0, and the separate commercial license terms. Those terms govern your use of the engine. They are separate from these website terms.
4. No warranty
This site, the early benchmark numbers, and the roadmap are published in good faith. They are not a warranty. Things may change. We will tell you when they do.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
