What we collect.
What we don't.

The short version: we collect the absolute minimum to operate this site and the waitlist. We do not sell your data. We never will. The long version is below.

Effective 2026-05-17 · v1

1. What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we collect:

  • Your email address.
  • The optional free-text answer to "what do you want to build with NamiDB?".
  • A timestamp of when you submitted.

When you load this site, our hosting provider logs request metadata (IP address, user-agent, referrer) for standard operational purposes. We do not pair these logs with the waitlist record.

2. What we don't collect

  • We do not run third-party analytics or session-replay tools on this site.
  • We do not run third-party advertising or retargeting pixels.
  • We do not embed external scripts that profile you across the web.
  • We do not require an account to read anything on this site.

3. What we use it for

Your email address is used for exactly two purposes:

  • To tell you, once, when NamiDB is ready for first users.
  • To handle a one-click unsubscribe if you decide to leave the list before that email goes out.

The free-text answer is used by the team to understand what kinds of workloads to prioritize. It is never shared outside the team.

4. Who else sees it

Your data is stored on infrastructure operated by Fonles Studios, Corp. We will share it only when compelled by law. We will not share it with marketing partners, data brokers, or AI training pipelines.

5. How long we keep it

Waitlist records are kept until you ask us to remove them, or until twelve months after the public launch of NamiDB, whichever comes first. Operational request logs are retained for thirty days.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to (a) show you what we have on file, (b) correct it, (c) delete it. Write to privacy@namidb.com and we will respond within seven days.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the "effective" date at the top of this page and — for material changes — email everyone on the list before the change takes effect.

Build the next decade with us.

Early-access is open. One launch email when the engine is ready — never spam.
